Community Partners

We are privileged to work alongside a number of organisations, agencies and other partners who share our passion for transforming the community.

South Liverpool Domestic Abuse Services

SLDAS was founded in 1998 and is located in South Liverpool. There are four members of staff, six trustees and at present 20 volunteer  support workers. Since 1998 the organisation has supported over 1500 women.

SLDAS’ mission is to:

  • Assist local women to overcome barriers to education, training and future employment by re-building their self esteem, empowering them to aspire for more and take control of their lives.
  • Provide a confidential practical and emotional service to women to give them the foundation upon which to rebuild their lives and leave their experiences of domestic abuse behind them.
  • Improve their quality of life
