We are privileged to work alongside a number of organisations, agencies and other partners who share our passion for transforming the community.

South Liverpool Domestic Abuse Services

SLDAS was founded in 1998 and is located in South Liverpool. There are four members of staff, six trustees and at present 20 volunteer  support workers. Since 1998 the organisation has supported over 1500 women.

SLDAS’ mission is to:

  • Assist local women to overcome barriers to education, training and future employment by re-building their self esteem, empowering them to aspire for more and take control of their lives.
  • Provide a confidential practical and emotional service to women to give them the foundation upon which to rebuild their lives and leave their experiences of domestic abuse behind them.
  • Improve their quality of life

Refugee Women Connect

Refugee Women Connect is a dedicated voluntary group providing a vast range of services to women refugees and asylum seekers based in the North West.

The group is attended by women from over 60 countries worldwide and from all religions.

Since September 2004 the group has supported women giving birth to 194 children, have given out 189 birthing packs and have had over 8000 attending the drop in clinic.

We currently have over 600 members who regularly access our services.

 

Amadudu

Amadudu prioritises the needs of Black and Racial Minority women to access family support, health and education. Empowering all women using the service to live a life free from Domestic Violence.

 

City Hearts

Founded in 2005, City Hearts charity supports some of society’s most vulnerable people, including survivors of human trafficking and women with life-controlling issues such as eating disorders and addiction.

Our mission is to create projects that bring real change to some of the most vulnerable and exploited people all over the world. We are dedicated to each person’s recovery and to fully restoring their lives and futures. Over the past five years, we have supported over 3000 people on their journey of freedom.
