groups

Our small groups are the backbone of Liverpool Vineyard. A simple philosophy determines what we focus on and what we don't; we call it 3C's, Christ, Community & Cause. Small groups are all about relationships and growing to maturity in those 3 specific areas.

So how does that happen in reality? We encourage each other to develop habits that facilitate growth in our relationship with God, which could be through prayer, study, meditation or worshipping together. We have fun together, helping one another out with the ordinary things that come our way. Friendships that will last a lifetime develop through doing life together; some even find their life partners!

We strongly believe that every group should have a specific cause or missional focus; it has a huge impact on our growing in Christ and the quality of our community. So, some groups work with the homeless, or those seeking asylum, others work alongside the elderly and still others with students. It's really all about discovering what you are passionate about and doing something about it.

We befriend and support refugees and asylum seekers in whatever way we can.
